Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious Jr. Executive Accounts to provide support to the finance, Admin and HR department by managing daily tasks
Essential Functions:
Accounts:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
Administration and HR:
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering
- Handles expenses and billing cycles
- Manages facilities executives and reception area
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Manages staff expense requests
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
- Maintains accurate records for employee holiday requests and generate leave report (manually/analysis of system generated report)
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
- Field work for submission of documents (once a week activity)
Education:
Graduate – Compulsory Good to have – Accounting Certification/Masters
Additional Experience And Skills: Hands on experience in Tally, Knowledge of GST and handling admin activities
