JOB SUMMARY:
- HR and Admin Executive is essentially playing a role of support function for HR, Admin and Finance departments.
- The core responsibility is to prepare the master data required for different reporting purposes and maintain up-to-date data set.
- The person should be responsible for connecting with external service providers for follow ups, expediting execution of any pending work.
- The person should be responsible for monthly MIS report compilation in consultation with HR and Finance department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall data maintenance and update related to human resource management.
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Compiling and updating employee records. (Hard and soft copies)
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Coordinate HR activities (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Carry out office clerical duties such as document filing, copying, and printing.
- Help in booking travel arrangements.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering.
EXPERIENCE:
1-4 years of work experience in similar role.
DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: •
Proficiency with MS Office.
Experience with HRMS software is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Arts, or any other discipline
