Senior Solution Consultant
APAC (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia or China)
The Solutions Executive will support and lend credibility to sales cycles by presenting, creating collateral, and providing support and advice to direct and indirect sales and marketing teams. The Solutions Executive will own the value assurance responsibility throughout the lifecycle of a Customer. This role will serve both pre and post-sales activities by utilizing your industry experience and knowledge to help partners build their business success through a value-led approach to the market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a high level of industry process and domain knowledge by product group/industry, as well as understanding how to appropriately translate a customer’s business requirements into existing solution capability
Maintain and update knowledge on all aspects of the solutions areas for which you are responsible.
Support direct and indirect sales and marketing activities across the business and global partner network.
Provide ongoing help and advice on deployments, including involvement in planning, solution design, modeling and configuration, value assurance, deployment, client-facing meetings, and presentations.
Support the overall growth of business revenue.
Build training for use by employees and customer employees through multiple different methods; including face-to-face, webinar, and e-learning sessions.
Contribute to the development of content for white papers and other publications.
Build process flow designs, key design decision documents, and technical/functional reference guides.

Support sales process on Qualified/Approved Deals
Support the solution design process to ensure correct solutions for customer
Owns customer value assurance process
This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities in specific customers
QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
Minimum ten years of industry or supply chain domain experience in business-to-business services or sales environment
Knowledge and experience within the assessment industry.
Deep Supply chain process domain expertise
Confident and engaging presenter.
Enthusiasm and good teamworking skills
Ability to develop relationships internally and externally, and resilience to thrive in a business that is growing at a rapid pace.
Have experience in developing/supporting the technical development of a solution
5+ years experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry and deep knowledge of Domestic and International Transportation processes across different modes (TL/LTL/Air/Ocean/Barge/Parcel/Rail)
Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
